Poses

Poses are the foundation of acroyoga. They are static postures with multiple poeple. Some poses you can hold for a very long time, others are a bit more challenge and can only be done for a short time. The poses listed in this guide will contain a bunch of information about each pose. The intended format is:

  • Pose name
  • Pose Difficulty Level
  • How to load into and come out of a pose.
  • Modifications of the pose (if applicable).
